Built with meticulous attention to detail, the Dolcevita features knobs and handles crafted from a single metal block, offering durability and sophistication. An elegantly designed clock adds a touch of vintage charm while allowing for precise cooking programmability.
The oven’s triple-layer glass door creates a semi-sealed chamber with an advanced airflow system that minimizes external surface temperatures, ensuring safety and improved energy efficiency. Equipped with cooling fans, this range prevents heat buildup, protecting controls from excessive temperatures. Cool air flows in from below, while warm air is efficiently vented through a slot above the handle, maintaining optimal cooking conditions.

- Made up of three panels of glass, creating a semi-sealed chamber and a second chamber with an air current dramatically reducing the external surface temperature.
- Special guides prevent the overturning of trays, grilles, and spits with a load of up to 33 pounds, while also permitting easy access for turning and basting.
- Prevents hot air from damaging the range controls. Cold air enters the oven door from below and warm air vents out through a slot above the handle.
