The LOFRA MAESTRO features a triple-layered glass door, creating a semi-sealed chamber alongside a secondary airflow system. This innovative design minimizes external surface temperatures, enhancing safety while optimizing energy efficiency.
Equipped with advanced cooling fans, this range prevents heat buildup, protecting the controls from overheating. Cool air is drawn into the oven door from below, while warm air is efficiently vented through a discreet slot above the handle—ensuring precise temperature regulation and superior cooking performance.
- Made up of three panels of glass, creating a semi-sealed chamber and a second chamber with an air current dramatically reducing the external surface temperature.
- Special guides prevent the overturning of trays, grilles, and spits with a load up to 33 pounds, while also permitting easy access for turning and basting.
- Prevents hot air from damaging the range controls. Cold air enters the oven door from below and warm air vents out through a slot above the handle.
- The grease filter ensures that the oven cavity is always clean.
